Lion's Mane Iced Coffee

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 tsp of lion’s mane powder

8 tbsp of coffee beans, grounded

8 fl oz of water, boiled

Approximately 24 fl oz of ice cubes plus more as desired

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place the powder and beans inside the basin of a French press.

  2. Pour the water immediately after having it boiled into the basin afterwards.

  3. Place the lid of the French press onto the top of the coffee maker without pushing the plunger knob of it downwards.

  4. Wait for the beans and powder to steep in the water for about 4 minutes.

  5. Push the plunger knob of the French press downwards to separate the solids from the coffee.

  6. Pour the coffee out of the French press into a 24-fl oz glass of ice cubes.

  7. Some of the ice will melt.  Add more if desired.
